Basically what is stress? Biologically it is defined as the reaction of the body for a challenge. It has its impact on a human physically and also mentally. Stress management has been a very tough job of all times. I had a friend who always used to say, the more affected person due to stress is the person who is beside the stressed person as he is the one who has to tolerate the scolding and other things. Well, this is actually very much true. The person who is stressed just releases his stress by either scolding or by showing his helplessness on another person. This is one of the side effect of stress. Most of the people who make it to the high posts do not have this quality of stress management and hence just get named as arrogant managers.
